What a busy day. Yesterday evening (or must I say night) I completed the Milestone A form, because I needed it for a meeting I had this morning with my next company supervisor. Yesterday as well, my new bed arrived (since the fire I only had an air mattress), but it was a bit too short of a night to fully enjoy it (but weekend is approaching soon, yay).
This morning it was raining quite heavily and to start the day off great there was no bus- (or any other) shelter, so I was soaked. However it was an useful day. The meeting with my next supervisor went well and someone of HR gave me the contract and other forms for me to fill in and sign. Next semester, I will then be part-time working at the company on the graduation assignment, and even get a bit of compensation for it.
I am trying to get most of the internship report finished by tomorrow so that my company supervisor, upon his request, has time to read it next weekend. At work I’ve skipped lunch break and worked non-stop to finish as much as possible, but it really requires a lot of time. Today I think I made good progress though, and I am carefully positive that the end-result will be to everyone’s satisfaction. My next company supervisor asked me if he could read the internship report as well, so it better be good. However I already feel a bit sorry for those having to read it, it's almost like a book.
I have been working late to make some more progress. However when going home I noticed in the bus that I didn’t have my transportation card with me anymore. Probably I have switched it with the clocking card of work, because that one I did have. Guess it showed it was a long, busy day. Still I was planning to work some hours on a few more things at home, until I found out I had forgotten my laptop’s adapter at work as well. Guess then, a bit more relaxing evening will do me good, and luckily enough, my laptop at least had enough energy left for me to finish another part for this blog.
